The story
Solara's buyers decide with their palate. Everything in the stand exists to get product into a glass quickly and hygienically.
Objective
Run continuous guided tastings while meeting hall food-handling and hygiene requirements.
Solution
The bar is planned as a working kitchen line: an approach side for guests, a service side for staff, and a screened prep area with refrigeration and a hand-wash station behind. Brass shelving carries the range at eye level so the bar surface stays clear for glassware.
